Refi Into Trust
I own a 2 unit property. I would like to refi the property to reduce the monthly payment. I would also like to deed the property into a trust setting my LLC as the beneficiary. Can all of this be done in one transaction? Please advise.

I don't see why you could open escrow, sell to trust for what you owe (?), trust gets mortgage (?) and closes escrow
out side escrow, establish trust whose benificiary is the LLC.
If I sell to LLC, do I have to obtain a commercial loan? I want to get a new loan on the property to lower payments. Currently, the property is my primary residence and I am looking to move. I am renting one unit and want to rent both. :-?
