Referral
I am a new investor and am trying to help someone in dire straits . The second mortgage company is foreclosing on march 1st. The first hasn't begun foreclose yet. I'm looking for a reasonable atty. to help forestall the March 1st date so I can put together a short sale proposal to the 2nd mortgage. This home is in Cincinnati, Ohio . Any suggestions ?
