Referral Letter From Seller
Does anyone have a sample of a referral letter that you get from a seller whose house you did a short sale with? i.e. saved from foreclosure?

Are you talking about the letter that goes to the bank stating they can't make the payments and giving you the right to their information??

not that, I don't mean the hardship letter.
I meant after ALL is said and done, the glowing letter of recommedation from the seller..... something to show future motivated sellers for credibility purposes. I'm sure it's different for every situation, but I was curious as to what some satisfied sellers have said. Currently, I'm typing up a letter of recommendation that I'll have the seller sign as if they wrote it.
Why do you need to see a sample? Just have them write in their own words how you helped them. I think that typing up a letter of recommendation to have a seller sign is unethical. People really tend to make things harder than they need to be.
