Referral Fees
Hello to all,
This is my first post. I have been reading and studying all of the wonderful information given on this website. I am so gratefully for the unselfishness in sharing and helping newbies coming up. I intend to do the same as I grow.
My question is on referrals. If I am unable to purchase [a property, but] I am able to find someone to purchase the property, should I ask for a referral fee and if so, how much? I was thinking 1% of the sale price. Please advise.
