Redeeming At Clerk Of The Court In Florida

I thought that you could redeem at the clerk of the court in FL. Well ... today my assistent went down to Orange County Clerk of the Court with the amount that someone there helped her to calculate - SFJ amount, per diem, some court costs - and she gave them a cashiers check for 94k. Well now I am getting conflicting information about if this really stops the auction. One of the clerks is saying that the plantiff still needs to file a Satisfaction of Judgement to stop the sale.

Called Volusia county and they said that when they get the money that they cancel the sale.

Seminole county said that they need a court order from the judge to accept any money.

Can each county have their own procedures? Anyone know FL foreclosure law or procedures?

In the mean time, Orange County has 94k of my money and I am not sure if the house is still going to auction.

Went to the court house and paid the Summary Final Judgement amount, plus per dien, plus Orange Count clerk costs (that they calculated). I did not pay the payoff amount from the Attorney. The attorney and I could not agree on the amount. He wanted to add in an extra 13k that was above the SFJ.

My title company has already issued title insurance on the property and the foreclosure mortgage is not on the exception page. I am trying though to work with the attorney to get a satisfaction, just to avoid title problems as my title agent is also my private money lender and I do not want to get him in a bind.
