Recording deeds
If I sell a property can I record the deed myself or do I have to use a title company, what are the disadvantages. I would be selling just two weeks after buying it. I am new to this - any help please? 
you can hold on to the deed until you sell it and the title company will record or go ahead and record but make sure you get a certified copy to have as proof as ownership when you are ready to sell. in my county it takes approx. 1 month from the date it gets recorded to show up on the system.
