Recording a affidavit of interest
I have recently recorded an affidavit of interest in the county courthouse, and have not gotten a response. I sent it federal express so my seller could not sell his house. Anyone, have experience in this area? Thanks in advance. 
When you record this document, you should get confirmation that your document was recorded. You can check on public records to make sure that it has been. Be sure to request the document back next time you record it.
We had to record it in another county, where we bought the house. We sent it airborne so we have tracking, however I do not see it on my property record information that I pull down. I heard it takes up to 6-8 weeks. How can I be sure that this was recorded and done properly?
