I am a real estate agent in Columbus Ohio. I signed up for the trial offer to see if there is anything I am missing. I found it to be fairly out of date.(Listing that has already been in contract etc..) It might be OK for someone that doesn't have access to the local MLS and seems to be OK for bank owned properties as far as them showing up as soon as they hit the market. In short if you have access to the MLS or a good agent it is a wasted of money, if not it conveniently groups HUDS, bankownedstogether for you. But I think you will find a good number are already accounted for and are still advertised to get calls for agents. Hope this was helpful. Mike

I've heard that their information is outdated.
