Really good deal, Or is it?
My old business partner bought his daugher a house a few years back. She is now married and moved out. He wants to dump it. Agent he is working with already has a renter who just signed a two year lease. Would like a no money down deal and dont have much time to get educated. I have to travel to florida this weekend from nashville to check it out. Can I suggest a lease option to me and then sublease to her, (the tenant). Thanks, I'm clueless
