Really Getting Started!
Okay, I am a newbie investor. In fact so new i have only offered on 3 homes negotiated on 1 and not bought any. Needless to say there are alot of things I need to work on. I have bad credit(bankruptsy in May 2002), am currently on unemployment, live at home and live paycheck to paycheck. I have nearly no money to invest as that is what I live on and I know I CAN do this. I need to know more about Bird-Dogging and "Subject To" investing but like I said I dont have the $$$ to invest yet. Is there a light at the end of my tunnel or am I just a lost cause in hope of digging my way to the surface? Please help and thank you in advance..

Thanks I appreciate it alot. I am determined to do just that and I may be able to buy the book but will look around to see if I can buy it aused a little cheaper.
