Really Cheap Rental Properties
Anyone know of some areas where properties are really cheap? The areas that sell houses for 10-30K for multifamilies. I know Buffalo, NY is one of them. Any others you all can recommend?
Why? There is a great misconception that that junkers are the way to make money in real estate. I wasted years and countless headaches with this category of properties. Never made any serious money, and the headaches are not worth it.
