You can follow my profile to see the property in TCI Realty list for KCMO 'for sale's. My partner seems to 'convieniently' miss everyone that wants to see the house. I can understand once or twice but not six and seven times. No one can reach him whenit is time to show the house. I just want to sell it and break clean. The neighborhood is up and coming and the house is priced right to sell.
what kind of partner is this person? full business partner w/ docs, deal by deal partner or what? it will make a diference on how you can legaly dump this property with him in the middle..with the information you have given-- buy his interest out, get an agent, list then sell..i have had night-mares with partners not on the same page as me going into the deal and getting out (exit)..let us know some more info on the deal itself and the basics on your partnership..
