1. Pierce steak numerous times with a fork.
2. Marinate in 1 cup (250 mL) acidic liquid (citrus juice, wine, etc.) plus seasonings for 12 - 24 hours in refrigerator OR 20 to 30 minutes, if using instant marinades.
Grill or broil using medium high heat, turning only once or twice with tongs. Do not cook past medium.
Helpful Hints
1. Raw steaks may be stored for 3 days in the refrigerator or 6-9 months in the freezer.
2. Steaks may be cooked from frozen state (just allow 50% more cooking time).
3. For boneless steaks, allow 3-4 servings/lb (6-8 servings/kg).
4. Leakproof, plastic ziplock bags are handy for marinating BEEF in the refrigerator. Discard remaining marinade or boil for 10 minutes and use to baste steak, or thicken with flour to use as a sauce.
5. EASY MEALS IN MINUTES - Cook an extra steak and slice thinly the next day for a great steak sandwich, to top a salad, toss in your favourite pasta, or to use as a flatbread pizza topping.
There are investors on here who have bought multi-million dollar properties, others have bought and sold hundreds of homes, and others own many rental units, commercial properties, or are builders/developers.
No one here knows everything about every type of property or investment strategy. Most are successful because they find a niche and learn everything they can about it.
What's your niche? Be specific with your question, and it will get answered. Good question = good answwers (and the opposite is obviosly true)
I enjoyed the spoofs. Let us create another forum on here where investors have done at least 100 homes or so as well as $1,000,000's in property. Ok to answer the last responce. As a former Investment banker, I am seeking to gain partners in my theme resort. And so I'm looking for information that recently came out on the structuring and selling of private placement offerings. Does anyone know if it is legal at this time to show memorandums to just anyone? Is there still a question of qualifying the prospect? What are the requirements in establishing a qualified investor? I do not believe it is needed if the offer or is an owner. Perhaps I should not offer a private placement offering and create a simple LLC and sell ownership to that LLC holding the investment or is this in violation of SEC rules? If I am offering a private placement of less than 30% of the project and the project is valued at $4,700,000, does the qualifying of the investor need to prove his seasoning by cash reserves above the amount required or is he allowed to simply show borrowing capacity?

Lowball,
If it is your project, why don't you decide this yourself? What do you feel comfortable with????
Because I have a series 7 license and I am an investment banker...My occupation rules cross over to those in my personal life, just as a Realtor's, yet in a differrent way. While this group can assist me in some ways...it appears that what I was looking for will not be found here at his time and so I am off getting my answers. I'll check back from time to time. Thanks the same, Ayla
