    Hello Nyteflier,
What are you looking to do..if you are looking to get started, I would suggest doing some intense reading here and feel out the investing arena. You will get very sound advice here and also some helpful people to gather info from. that sounds like a lot of money for something you can get for far cheaper right here. There are some courses that can be purchased thru this site and the reviews are quite good on the content. Good luck and spend wisely!

and good advice it is. I made the mistake of investing in a program of that size, not worth it. You are posting and surfing amongst some very successful investors in here who have lots of expeirence.

Check out all the forums, to see what is here, then start focusing on the ones that are most appropriate for what your interests in real estate are.

    Good luck, Dave

Yes, I agree. Please, don't waste your money on those programs that promise you that you'll come out a millionaire. I spent way too much on American Investor's Group/Financial Power (program by Chief Denney), and it's failed me badly. I think they just want to sell you properties. I'm already a real estate agent. No need for someone to sell me anything.
