Real Estate Question
Hello!!
I have recently obtained a position with a company who accepts proposals to to buy distressed property with a 40% cash/equity ratio. I know this is a pretty high percentage so I am asking if this is rarity?
Im from the Philadelphia area if this makes any difference. If a proposal is accepted, I do take a 30% cut from the average market price of 3 comparable less the purchase price + repairs. Do you think that this sounds like a hoax???
Does anyone know of any RE/Investing groups in my area?
