Real Estate Licensing
Ok I was going to school this fall for Business but I can get a real estate license real quick and cheap. Now is this a good idea? What will I learn about wholesale if any? Will I learn all the lingo you guys use? But above all else will I learn to buy a house or wholesale it to an investor? All help will be greatly appreciated...

Think of the job function, not the title.
