Real Estate Investor Letters
I was wondering if any other investors had any real estate letters they could share with me. I wrote some but they seem to be too forceful or not enough. I don't want to make people mad or scare them off but want to get my urgency to buy their home across and let them know I am a problem solver. Any help on any area would be great. THanks.

There are a couple of sample letters in the 'freebies' section linked at the bottom of this page. Not much, but a start. I try to use sensual words and phrasing (like 'how does this sound/look/feel') as opposed to logical ones (like 'are you interested' and 'what do you think'), both in writing and in person, when trying to capture someone's imagination or at least attention, and open them up to my proposal.
