Real Estate Docs And General Durable Power Of Attorney
In signing lease purchase docs (or any real estate docs) as the leasee, how legally binding would docs signed up front and escrowed (option, purch agreemant, deed, performance morg, etc) be that were signed by only one of two people on the existing deed, if that one person had a general power of attorney agreement with the other party on the deed? Will a title Co issue title insurance on a deed that is only signed by one of two parties if that party has a general power of attorney from the other person on the existing deed?
