I am starting out in Real Estate Development in South Africa.

Could anyone please recommend a GOOD and SIMPLE software package that could be use for :

LVA - Land Development Analysis and
Project Cost of the Development (for the sake of financing)

PLEASE HELP

    I use INVESTIT ( www.investit.ca )

    Widely used in my area and respected by the banks
