Real Estate Attorney
I am finally taking the plunge and about to do my first deal. I am nervous but I know that after my first acquisition it will only get easier.
My concern is that I do not want to make any discouraging mistakes my first go around so I would like to hire a firm specializing in real estate law.
I am planning on investing in several markets across the country including my own (Portland Oregon and surrounding area) The question that I have for the group is: Should I hire attorneys on a deal by deal basis in each area that I invest or should I hire one attorney here to handle all of my legal real estate inquiries.
