Real Estate Agent /investor

Hello again, do you think it is a good move if you want to purchase and sell properties to become a real estate agent rather than pay out those big commisions when I do exchanges or use an agent and stay nuetral. Does anyone do this and if so what kind of arrangement can be made between the realtor and the investor to maximize my profit cool smile

In most states when you have a license you must disclose this to the seller. Most RE commissions are negotiable. When doing 1031 exchanges it is better to go through an attorney or company who specializes in exchanges.

so if I use a big company such as century 21 for the exchanges and the agent says that her team does many exchanges every year including her and her family if that enough expertise. as an attorney seems very costly.

Get yourself a real estate attorney. A RE agent is not a substitute. People who try to cut expense corners by not hiring the expertise needed often wind up having very expensive problems.
