I have a really good Florida sub-to contract.
I went to three different (good, real good) r.e. attorneys and this one I actually drove to Jacksonville to talk to. He actually does around 6-8 sub-to's a year and this is actually one of his personal deals. I spent a bunch for it.
Are you properly trained ( John Locke) to do sub-to's in the beautiful state of Florida? ( Go Gators)
I'd be interested in learning more about the attorney's. Yes, I just received the sub-to training manual and am reading and re-reading. I have a possible deal working and am trying to go through the sub-to process before I approach the seller. It's a little intimidating for my first try but I'm determined.
Go Gators, indeed (4 sons and 2 daughter-in-law graduates).
