can i negotiate terms of subject to purchase, with the owner while it is listed with a real estate agent, or do i need them to cancel the listing first?
my thinking was to negotiate the terms, and if the owner was agreeable, then tell them the deal couldnt work with a realtor being invlolved.
how are the experienced investos handling homes listed wtih realtors?
p.s. this home has been listed for 1yr and 4mths
after a year and a half the realtor may be your best friend. will your deal stand another 3-6% for his commission?
On the other hand this doesn't sound like a terribly motivated seller.
