Raw land, new home in LA area with a targeted appeal. I need a creative investor plan to flip iASAP.
I have located a view property that needs to be sold, I have two plans for homes that will be compatable with the area and that are in high deman. The price to build is approximately 70,000-100,000, the peoperty is going for 100,00.00, the resale potential is closer to 600,000.00. I need ideas on how to do this quickly or help before it slips away. I also have a few great ideas for low income housing that will work here in Los Angeles and make everybody rich who is involved, I have good connections in that area. I need a partner with startup capital, anyone interested?
