What Is Your Yearly Income?
I know most of you are not going to answer because you dont want to brag or whatever the reason is. I would like to know some realistic numbers for motivation and a realistic view.
Even if you did not make much this year you should still post anyway so people can see what this is all about.

What was your Last Years 2004 income for year end that you made in Real Estate Investing?
It would not be fair for me not to put what i took in. I did not make very much because i started in july of 04. this includes learning the ropes from start to finish. By year end i made 30k. My partner and i actually made 60 and split it down the middle.
I would really like to know how people are doing so if you could be honest that would be cool. Thanks, Ryan
i didnt make any money last year, blew it all on the suit.

Okay well now im under the assumption that nobody makes any money in this business and they do it for their health..great, now im going to quit and be poor the rest of my life thanks to you guys

why wouldnt they? whats the big deal? You people act like we all live right down the road from each other. Is it that big of a deal to tell somebody 3000 miles away how well you have done with real estate and be truthful about it?

sound like you have your hands full. good job, actually im not "worried" what other make i was just curious. i am staying busy im closing a deal and cashing out this week actually and am working on about 4 others at the time. Its not like i am not an active investor wondering if i can make it in the bus.
