    But here we go:

    Rentals, Rehabs, Subject-to.
    On my way to wealth!

    However, I prefer SciFaiku

    It relates more appropriately to the proper perspective of creative real estate investing.

    The again Feng Shui was responsible for a property I purchased at 50% of FMV because the sellers Ba-Gua told her to sell the property quickly.
