Taking The Best Title Abstractor Course

As you know, getting into the title company business is a "hot" topic right now. We are trying to get our feet wet and spread our wings. The first step we believe, is to take the best title abstractor course. In our area the Real Estate Schools do not offer a specific course in this. We have been researching online and there are several online courses. Is this the right approach? Are there other resources? In reading your previous postings, you mentioned that there are certain licenses required, we want to make sure that we get the best training to position us for the proper licensing. Please advise.........
I think you would need to take it to a car AC place. They would probably need to tear your dash board out to get to it though.

I had to break down and take it to the service department, evidently the critter has been chewing through electrical wiring......have several things that no longer work.
I fear this is going to be an expensive fix.
Maybe I could market this vehicle as an excellent "teenage date mobile".............no need to worry about your daughter or son making out in the vehicle. Think of it as a birth control vehicle.
