i have a note for $56,811 that i would like to sell . interst is 6% for 51 months with a balloon at the end. payments are $1063.31 per month. does anybody have any ideas on how to sell this
Seller financing to give you maximum advantage is nothing down nothing a month with a balloon at the end. Conserves your resources for growing business. Owner wants to sell for 100,000 does not make it worth 100,000. Most small business owners do finance some. You want to know the absolute terms of the lease. It may really go higher after you purchase. I would tell owner I see the lease before I make any offer.[ Edited by getitqwik on Date 10/17/2005 ]
Not long ago I had mice crawl up in the new Avalanche and die.
We finally got them about of the air ducts......about$1500.00 later........but I still can smell it when I turn on the heat.
Good thing its my wifes Avalanche and not mine. (smile)
Smells are a real tricky thing.........I would speak with an upholstery business and see what they have to say.
I would think you would have to get to the source(s).
Dependingon the price.....you could always part it.

Can you tell I am MARRIED...........happily I may say.
Plus I am doing my part to keep my $$$$ in my pocket and not the Oil Kings in the middle east...................we definitly are homebodies.
Our movie night is Fridays...............sometimes we will really get wild too..............go to the Dollar Gym Theater and spend about $15.00 on the whole family. Small town life has its advantages................
What county does this person live in? What is the age and specific illness. What does "keep the wolves from the door" mean? My wife works in long term care and might be able to get a consult with a counselor depending on your situation.
thanks for reply...the wolves are foreclosers, she only has ssi income is hving financial problems. I was seeking any non-profit orgs. who might be able to help w/a grant or subsidy.
Ricky,
Have you sold this yet? If not, please see my profile for contact info.
