Computer User Exercise Program
A new exercise routine has been developed to increase the fitness of those who spend time each day in front of the computer. If followed regularly this routine will go a long way to cut back obesity in this country.
Always consult with your Doctor before beginning any exercise program.
Try to complete 5 repetitions on your first day and gradually work up to 10 or more.
