Raising Capital? Regulation D Offering (DPO)?
I was wondering if anyone has any info/suggestions about methods for raising private money for real estate investments/developments? Or about rasing capital through the Regulation D (Direct Public Offerings) process?
The process of a private placement memorandum was quoted to me as being between 20,000 and $30,000. It seemed like using friends and family, qualified investors or joint venture "loopholes" seemed much more economical
