R.E. Wholesaler? Could You Use An Assistant? For Free?

Hello,
I am a full time Graphic Designer looking to expand my knowledge of real estate, especially in the area of subject to deals, working with investors, and wholesaling in general.
What you get:
A professional looking, part time assistant, some nights and weekends, who can offer note taking during meetings, photography skills by taking property photos, website design if you don’t have your web presence quite yet, or graphic design---(a great advertisement can bring the deals to you)! I also may be able to help you with my notary public status.
What I get:
I get to watch you do your deals by being a part of the initial meetings with homeowners facing foreclosure situations, and I will be able to learn by observation. I will be able to ask you questions, get familiar with paperwork, and basically learn by doing instead of paying thousands of dollars for classes.
I’d love to meet you for coffee or have a conversation on how we could benefit from each other’s skills.

hehe. That is how I learned construction. I was curious and I became assistant to a friend and devoted 10 to 40 hours per week working with him. A year later I was supervising projects and now I am a General Contractor and his partner.
Putting in that time was invaluable.
Try going to your local real estate club and let them know. You might find someone there.
Look in to going to your local REIA meetings and develop a network from there. You might be able to get paid sooner than you think if you do some birddogging.
