R.E. ATTORNEY VS. R.E AGENT
I am new at this so please help. Should a rookie investor use a R.E. agent or a R.E. attorney to put together the transactions after you find a property and have an offer accepted, even if you are just flipping to another investor?
Lawyers are expensive, realtors can be compensated hourly too...

Thanks Mike, that helps!
I don't understand. You found a property and you got the offer accepted without anyone's assistance. Why do you now need a RE Attny or RE Agent???
Just flip it to another investor.
