Quitclaim Property To Corp. - All Or A Percentage?
If you file bk, all action by creditors stops temporarily. If property is quitclaimed to a corp, and corp files 11, property is temporarily protected, but does this also protect your credit from adverse reporting (since the property your notes are against is under bk protection), or not because you deeded it all away, and you're still personally responsible for the notes? If you do have to stay on the deed, what percentage is right to deed to corp, and how is it worded? I've seen plenty of joint tennancy deeds, but never one that designates particular percentages for each owner.
