Quit Claiming Property To LLC?
We have recently formed an LLC, and lo and behold, the banks are requiring a personal guarantee on any potential loans (imagine that). We currently have another property with substantial equity, that we are considering quit claiming to our LLC, in hopes of giving our LLC a bit of credability, and if nothing else, some equiyt to build from. PLEASE ADVISE!!!
