Quit Claim Deed Vs Judgment?

If owner deeds a property to me, am I responsible for their judgments or is the property responsible? If the bank agrees that I can cure the loan and take over payments then as long as the judgment lienholder doesn't foreclose, I'm OK...right? Granted I couldn't get title insurance...but I would still have control ot the property.

    Only the property not you.
    But you should do a title search to see what liens you will be dealing with.
