Quiet Claim Deed
Newbie here. I want to buy a lot in Florida from a seller in MN. Lot was owned by her Gramma that passed away 20 years ago w/o a will. Lot is in grandaughter's name now, but because this never went thru Probate, there's some kind of problem I don't understand. Seller did say that I could buy and put a Quit Claim Deed. She is even willing to have purchase price stay in excrow in case I can't buy because of these complications. Any help? Please type slow; this is all new to me.
