Quickest/Best Way To Disperse Equity.
Hi, I wondering if anyone can help me with this scenario:
There is a property appraised at $1.2M. A short sale was made at $700,000 to an investment company. I qualify for a 100% financing full doc on $1.2M and would like to disperse the $350,000(approx) equity as soon as possible after or at closing without having to worry about the investment company having to deal with capital gains on the $350,000. Please advise. Thank you for your time.
