Quicken Rental Property

Anyone bought this program and used it yet. Any recommendations? It appears at first glance to be simple to use, which is a primary concern. Quickbooks looks like a pain.

    Hi,
I use an excel spread sheet to track rental payments quickly, but then enter all expenses, repairs and rent in quicken. The key I found is to only use the registry part of quicken and setup your tenants, mortgage etc for the appropriate customer/vendor and the proper tax schedule. I like the fact that there are a lot of canned reports to track your performance several ways also the summary for the year can then be ahnded to the accountant to make that easier as well.
