Quick Help Please With Value Approx!
Just found motivated seller wanting to quickly sell a single wide mobile home.

in after repair value, what would this be worth in the San Antonio, Texas area. Just a rough estimate is good please.

Cannot tell worth in San Antone, but in Ohio, not much. 14x48 is quite small probably 2 br at most. 1983 is very old. I have a 79 14x 70 that I paid too much for ($4500) but I took it in on trade for a house, it sits on a 2acre lot that is in the middle of a cornfield, etc... If it has to be moved, it's worth 0- whatever you are willing to pay. If it can stay, I would pay between 1-2 years cashflow, (profit after rent) for it, if it doesn't need any maintenance.
