I just started an llc with an single member, can i quick claim deed of my property to my llc. Please respond.

    How about just putting the property in a Land Trust with the LLC as the beneficiary?

    Since nobody yet has really answered your query, YES. You could QUITclaim it to anybody or entity you might choose.

    No such thing as QUICK claim deed.

    If you need to avoid a DOS clause's effects on your conveying it, then the trust grantee would make the most sense.
