Questions To Qualify Rebuyer

What questions would I ask over the phone to rebuyers when putting together my list of qualified buyers in which I would assign my contracts to?

Hopefully that makes sense.

I greatly appreciate any input anyone can offer. Thanks a lot.

    What are your qualifications

How soon to you want o move into your new home, what is your household gross monthly income, How long on the job, do you know your credit scores, describe your credit for me, how much have you set aside right now to buy a home, Filed bankrutpcy in the past 7 years?, etc..

The best thing for you is to have your buyers pre-qualified by a mortgage broker who is capable of dealing with a wide range of borrowers and situations.
This is a free service to you, and by having a relationship with the broker, you really have an inside track on obtaining information as to the buyer's qualifications. If you also send that broker a lot of referrals, you should get special attention on your deals.

I provide such prequalification services to investors and realtors in my area. I am in the Chicago, Illinois area.
For more info shoot me a message.

In order to weed out who is serious and who isn't. ask for a copy of a credit report and a letter of pre-qualification. Have them give you some kind of proof that they have the money to purchase property. The last thing you want to do is have a deel fall through because you have a end buyer that can't come up with end of the deel. Anyone who is serious and is a investor should not have a problem giving you this information. If they do have a problem with it, that should be a red flag to you that you shouldn't waist your time with them. Good luck.
