Questions To Pre Qualify Seller, Property
I am curious to see what everyone asks to pre qualify sellers for info as far as reason for selling, and if the property is worth pursuing. Got a call this morning from a person who says his grandmother is selling 2 houses for 45k with a big lot, can be used as residential or commercial. anyone have questions you ask your sellers to see if the motivation is there to persue?
Usually if they are behind on payments, or if someone is sick, or if they are moving. Those three seem to be the most motivated outside of the court room. But I am curious too as to what others will say

If you do a forum search, you should find several threads on prequalifying sellers. I remember Derrick Ali having a good questionaire. Good luck!
