We have made a deposit on an apartment and wish to sell the option to purchase. Are there any sites devoted to advertising this real estate sale option and are there any forums related to this as well?
Property is in Fairfax City, VA. It is a 2 BDRM, 1 bath condo with 2 parking spaces. This is a prerenovation Condo and is locked in at a prerenovation price of 286K. Prices recently raised by seller to 296K. Looking to sell option. The comps in area support 15 -20% appreciation rate per year.
