Question On Purchasing At Auction After Forclosure
If a property is being auctioned off and no one purchases it, what would be the procedure for putting in an offer. Meaning what would I need to do to submit the offer and what would I need to submit with it also, in as far as terms for inspection, deposit etc (if allowed) ?
Thanks in advance with any help regarding this question , I am still looking to make my first deal slowly but surely it will come.
