Question On Mtg Release On Short Sale?

Is there a certain form to use instead of a typical mortgage release for a short sale? I am dealing with the previous owner holding a 30% note back which was short saled. I am trying to find a release I can use that will say she releases her mtg when I pay her $6k for her $20k mortgage. The ones I am finding all say "has been fully paid and satisfied". Could I just change the wording a bit?
