Question On Buying Probate House
I am currently lloking into a house that is probate, and want to know if the liens or back taxes, if any, would still be due.
Just getting started in REI, and would like to know.

Yes absolutely. The probate attorney or commissioner or executor or administrator whoever is running the show sells the house with approval of the probate court and deducts all liens from the proceeds including but not limited to taxes aand mortgages. The rest of the money if any goes into the estate of the deceased.
