Is it a regular book or an e-book? How long will it be before I receive it IF its a regular book?
If its an e-book, how many pages is it?
Does it include state laws involving Bird-Dogging, because theres some thoughts going around that its illegal in a few states.

A. Bottom line anytime you are principal in a real estate transaction you are not considered violating any laws as far as Bird Dogging goes, this is in any state. When you hear Bird Dogging is illegal what they forget get to say is unless you are a principal in the deal.
