Question About Occupied Tax Deed Foreclosure
I bidded on a property being sold by a city in Florida and I won. Before the aution we could see the property locations but could not tour any of the buildings until you were the winner.
Well, I went yesterday to take a look inside prior to get some info I need for the bank to release the funds to pay the city and I discovered - that someone lives there. Yup, it is occcupied.
Nothing in the auction info mentioned that the properties were occupied. I am wondering who has to clear those people out.
WIth what I had to bid there is no way that I want to pay for evicting anyone or anything else.
Anyone had a similar experience?
