Have the liens been satisfied? I am not sure about the paying rent question. You can place a bid on the property after the upset sale and if not then, wait until the judicial sale. GO to the court house print out the copy of the current deed and have a attorney run a title search. It is not a great idea to purchase at the Septemeber Sale but rather the May/April sale !! Buyer Beware. Do not forget the you will need to evict or assume the current leases and the owner could appeal the sale, resulting in legal action that you will need to defend in court.
