Question About Filling Out Contract?

I am getting into wholesaling but I am very unsure about how to fill out the contract when there is going to be a double closing. I live in Texas and am using a TREC approved contract. My question is: when I find a motivated seller and I want to put a contract on the house do I put my name in as the buyer and then once I find an investor to flip the house to do I fill out another contract and on that one I put my name in as the seller?

I would appreciate any and all advice!

    "Michelle Jones and/or her Assigns" should be the purchaser.

    Then, at any time up to closing, you'd just deliver escrow your written, signed and notarized Assignment of your interest to your new buyer.

    So the RE would never actually go into your name..

    John, I just wanted to thank you for replying so quickly. I have one more question for you. Do I use a seperate form to assign the contract or can I write something in special provisions?
